Another Day Alive by Tasty: Review
Tasty’s “Another Day Alive” is a polished RnB tune that keeps you hooked with elements of jazz. The emotion and drive behind this piece are incredible, you can grasp the blood, sweat, and tears of the artist’s work just by hearing it. Who by the way, is Andrew Keeler a soulful creator, and the mind behind Tasty’s melodic aura!
From the very second you hit play, a soft piano will take a hold of you. That sentiment proceeds further with a passionate singer and lovely basslines. Altogether, it conjures a vibe that’s both intimate and emotional to hear. Eventually, when the saxophone greets the tune, that essence raises the bar. The clarity of the instrument interacts with the song’s dynamics and doesn’t act on its own, rather maintains the track’s steady nature. Altogether, it summons a sad and almost tragic tone that tugs on your heartstrings, however, Another Day Alive’s message is a positive one. Tasty believes that fate has a reason for each person’s outcome, and to be glad that you’re still alive and kicking in the present. So, even though there’s a melancholic tone attached to the song, the narrative is the opposite, and in synergy, they create a lovely balance worth experiencing.
Jazz, RnB, and Soul are the golden trio in charge of making soul-stirring music. Each with distinct settings, and themes, yet resonant all the same. With that being said, I’m truly glad to witness it all in Tasty’s captivating track “Another Day Alive.”
