B.G.B. by Reue: Review
The height of electronic music can be felt in Reue’s uplifting track “B.G.B.” He’s a phenomenal artist making waves and this stellar EDM piece is a true testament of his talent. “B.G.B.” is like a carousel of melodies, starting with its bass-heavy entrance to the deep house crescendo, it’s a wonderful voyage of music. Altogether, it sets the ideal balance to get your mood in full swing and grooving all night long.
I’ve always thought of Reue’s songs to be progressive works of art. He eases you into each melody which translates into a powerful journey. In a similar regard, B.G.B. grabs a hold of our senses through a wobbly bass arrangement transitioning to rising synthesizers. Each segment is consistent and follows a solid rhythm. Which by the way, is the main hook of the song: a minimal rhythm pattern that’s on a loop. This experience is present in each transition, firstly with grounded bass portions, and the next with an uplifting EDM synth. It’s a lovely tune to follow and vibe to, especially when the beat drops, and when it does, it drops hard.
Deep house, electronica, and downtempo are genres Reue has truly shaped in his own form. It is pretty fascinating to see an artist grow and hear their ideas culminate into epic songs. Altogether, B.G.B. is a polished EDM track among a sea of many others for this talented artist on the rise. The track is available for streaming so do give it a shot!
