Beach Ghost by Tomorrow’s Child: Review
Tomorrow’s Child released their debut album “Beach Ghost” on December 2, 2022. It is an instrumental electronic album with occasional choirs in few tracks. Tomorrow’s Child is based in Cornwall, UK. The death of his father, which occurred not long after he relocated to Cornwall, is undoubtedly a significant influence on the record.
“Beach Ghost” is the first track of this album, and it starts with a calming synth tune that goes on for a minute, then comes a simple programmed beat that gives an intense vibe to the song. Then, after a few moments, it goes into a full-fledged electronic instrumental track.
The second track is called “Spectres of Summer,” and it features a melody that is both catchy and melancholy, with powerful techno beats playing in the background.
The song “Death Down Below” brings mayhem and wrath in the form of a whirling vortex of emotion, rhythm, and distortion.
“Ruination” starts with a synth sound that feels like a train passing, with a simple electronic beat going on, and then enters the sound of a cymbal. It is an emotional track that stirs up the listener’s emotions.
This album is a journey to the land of experimental electronic sound. The listeners are bound to get lost in this musical land of “Beach Ghost,” with a little bit of Psychedelic, techno, and electronic feels and a brilliantly composed album.
