Blake Dagley released mesmerizing song ‘Milly’
Blake Dagley, who was raised in a small Texas town’s church, developed his voice early. His experience singing in an acapella group influenced his style from the beginning; he knew the words for four-part harmony before he could read or ride a bike. However, without his lighthearted humor, Dagley would be nothing.
Dagley, a seasoned singer/songwriter (and an incredible guitarist), credits early love songs from the 1990s with inspiring his themes and sound. Dagley’s debut EP, The Nashville Sessions, was produced by Dean Miller and recorded in Nashville, Tennessee. It honors his personal aesthetic and musical prowess. Dagley has found the perfect balance between the country music of the 1990s and the contemporary sound with instrumentals that are reminiscent of George Strait and Garth Brooks and strong, moving lyrics. He just recently released the lovely new song ‘Milly’.
