Chloë and Latto have released a new song entitled “For the Night.”
“For the Night” follows “Surprise,” “Treat Me,” and “Have Mercy” as the latest addition to Chloë’s discography. This R&B/Pop song, produced by London On Da Track, discusses relationship difficulties and unrequited love. Chloë sings in the chorus, “I ask myself why we can’t be closer/I play those same games a thousand times/And you crave those long nights with me, don’t you?/You can leave your guard at the door/And let me love you for the night.”
Alongside the single, the artists have released a music video that alternates between relationship-related scenes, dance shots, and footage of Chlo teasing the single at the iHeartRadio Music Festival in September.
