Emotions by Aanvi . S: EP Review

“Emotions” is a dazzling pop EP by Aanvi . S. She’s got a superb collection of songs lined up for us, and each of them is innately catchy. So, get ready to get your groove on, folks, it’s gonna be a fun-filled adventure full of dance and wonder. Each track fits the definition of short and sweet pop songs. Fast and spontaneous, each tune is guaranteed to have a vibe and excite you all the while.

The EP launches into a bass-heavy extravaganza with “Light.” Along with a funky beat and minimal guitar fillers, the song is an energy-packed pop hit. But, keeping all that thrill intact is Aanvi’s spectacular voice. She truly knows what’ll score with the crowd, and what sounds natural. Moving on to the second number, a wave of optimism and emotion hits us with “Speak Up.” The song is a mixture of feel-good pop alongside a synth that nails that bright feeling of letting music cure your woes. A melancholic twist arrives with the track “The Mirror.” A moving piano piece overflows with sentiment, and the narrative grips your heart. There are some interesting transitions here and there, and it leads to a fantastic crescendo worth hearing on repeat.

“Change Myself” signals the end of the EP. The narrative will probably move you to tears, ‘cause it’s got such a heartwarming essence. In addition to that, the stringed rhythm portions heighten that effect and amount to a lovely hearing experience.
