Flow by Dee and d’Z: Review
The elements of Jazz contain spirituality, universal love, and life experiences and this song is no exception infused with funky instruments played by real musicians that give their authentic touch to the song. It has a high-energy horn section to elevate it to new heights. The tune channels high energy through the lyrics, music, and performance in the audience.
“Flow” is about trusting life and going with the flow. We don’t always have to have the plan to execute. Sometimes the best experiences are lived when everything is unplanned. Channeling vigor in the flow of life boosts our confidence and gives us hope to believe a bit more in ourselves. Dee and d’Z tell us to get up, get some fresh air, probably walk on wet grass with bare feet and feel the positivity surrounding us. And “Flow” is exactly what we need to create the ambiance. This song is like the morning cup of coffee we must need or else it feels like we are still in bed.
Bernadette Dengler (Dee) is an Australian dancer, vocalist, and songwriter who lives in the Netherlands. Hans-Peter de Zeeuw is a Dutch drummer and producer. Together they are a duo.
