Retro-influenced indie/alternative music band Atomic Bronco hails from Austin, Texas, and London, United Kingdom. Kyle Nuss, a producer, and songwriter created a unique hybrid of indie, alternative, garage rock, lo-fi, and classic rock with his project Atomic Bronco. The guitar-focused rock bandโs origin story begins in rural America. He started the project and put out the first two albums while living in London, and currently composes exciting guitar-based tracks from his Austin studio. Atomic Broncoโs groovy tune entitled โFoolish Gamesโ is a solid blues-inspired rock track that will surely resonate with anyone admiring that genre.
What I found particularly awesome about Atomic Broncoโs play style is how the subtlety of the guitar chords being strummed had a pleasant feeling throughout the track. It was consistent, and the artist blended bass lines, soft percussion pieces, and melodic vocals throughout. There is this sense of melancholy weighing heavily from the song. However, at the same time, the track has a way of making your body move in excitement!
I just love a good classic guitar solo and everything about the solo in โFoolish Gamesโ speaks to me on a deeper, nostalgic level. The song is a perfect catch for introducing anyone to the world of classic rock, or perhaps a modern edge toward the historical genre! All in all, there was a satisfying synergy in the song that was quite delightful to hear. Particularly, the guitar pieces that connected beautifully with timing and precision were the key to the trackโs vibrant presence.
