Gary Dranow and The Manic Emotions release stunning new song ‘(Made It) Another Day’
The blues rock group Gary Dranow and the Manic Emotions isn’t constrained by genre, but if you listen, you’ll hear Rock N Roll with a bluesy undertone. A force to be reckoned with, Gary Dranow and The Manic Emotions released each song as a single before the full EP ‘Destiny Road’ is released in early 2023. Using the outdated 2′′ 16 Track AMPEX recording system used by Jefferson Airplane, ‘Destiny Road’ was initially scheduled for release in the summer of 1997. The band faced numerous internal conflicts, which prevented the music from coming to life. The Manic Emotions, however, are now prepared to share their work after reforming with a new lineup.
Two singles are currently accessible. The heavy-hitting pop rock song ‘Fool Outta Me’ has an 80s-inspired dreaminess to it that makes Pink Floyd and Bon Jovi come to mind. The second song is a rocker called ‘Twisted Minds’, which features keyboard wails and screeching guitar solos. Its musical style is softer Ozzy Osbourne meets The Rolling Stones. They also recently released a breathtaking song titled ‘(Made It) Another Day’.
