George Segal by Hare Hunter Field: Review
“George Segal” is a chill electronica track by Hare Hunter Field, an artist whose music is pretty relaxing to hear. Their essence is brought out through clean synth arrangements, drone portions, and a tune pertaining to the melodica’s tone. Altogether, the sound has a resonance that should attract fans of indietronica, and ambient alike.
The melodic aura of Hare Hunter Field is moving, and their music is like a flow of emotions. At times it’s soft like a whisper, and at other times it’s an uproar of sounds. The latter bit arises due to the psychedelic facets of “George Segal.” Certain portions just amplify the synths, and effects and conjure a tune that hits deep into your psyche. The cadence becomes more and more catchy once the beats and basslines enter the mix. Speaking of which, the instrument’s weighty tone keeps everything intact, and the balance is just right. The production is top-notch, and each layer has a rich melody worth hearing. Since “George Segal” is an instrumental track, you hear the rhythm much clearer. This allows an audience to feel more attached to the cadence, and ultimately forms a bond that is tough to break.
If you’re an avid follower of EDM, and the electronica genre then “George Segal” by Hare Hunter Field should be right up your alley. The song easily found its way into my mind, and I’m sure the vibing synths will do the same for you.
