Hot Glu Gun by Glu: EP Review
Looking for something to blow your mind? Scoot closer and turn up your volume to a powerfully dark project that will leave you wondering โWhat did I just listen to!?โ
Hot Glu Gun by Glu is one of the worldโs shortest musical innovations, uniquely pieced together stamped at merely 10 mins and 53 seconds but with 7 different mostly instrumental-based songs. Each of the tracks are heavily incorporated with electronic music, a gritty backdrop with captivating beat โ all of which sound seamless to the tee. The carefree, muddy vocals of Glu is quite reminiscent to that of Sub Urbanโs (popularly known for his composition of Cradles and last yearโs collaboration with Bella Poarch in Inferno). Glu is next in line to mark his territory within the community. Judging by the thousands of number of Spotify streams, thereโs no doubt that heโs well-received for his haunting vision of EDM.
The high-scale ominous production on this album exudes the same range of badass as โYou Should See Me in a Crownโ by Billie Eilish, minus the high-pitch interventions. His dangerous creativity here proves heโs going to be one of a kind artist and producer in the EDM industry. If youโre in the mood for something booming, dissociative, and distortive, Hot Glu Gun will be eleven minutes of pure bliss guaranteed!
