Guitarist, composer, and aerospace engineer Marco Pellizzari going by Fabbro di Chiavi, unveils his latest EP, Intangible Part I. The three-track masterpiece blends a contagious concoction of metal and classical music, released on Nov 10.
The EP kicks off with an epic and dark overture featuring a powerful combination of a church choir, orchestration, and immersive guitar parts. The song starts with an epic and dark church choir with heavy pulses with orchestral music that opens into a rock sound with hypnotic and enormous guitar parts driving their riffs amid rhythmic drumming alongside the haunting orchestration. It brings two worlds together with a grave intensity. The music suddenly moves to a bridge that turns the music, clearing the space with immersive strings and melodic sweet and smooth riffs until the drums start clashing again. It’s an absolute timeless masterpiece. With Stoicism surging in the symphonic undertone, listeners learn to embrace life’s uncertainties with this piece.
Shimmering riffs and pounding drums characterize the second track, “Journey to Apatheia.” The music, with its melodic smoothness, beautifully translates the Stoic principle of Apatheia. The adagio captures the struggle for tranquility amid chaos, making it a soul-stirring composition.
Opening with gritty guitars and enchanting music, “The Emotion Ruler” the last track brings nuance to the psychology of a chess player. The song’s driving force, with cymbals slapping and drums pounding, reflects much of the societal issues surrounding us and the desperate desire to bring a change.
The multi-talented musician, Fabbro di Chiavi, is influenced by Steve Vai, Al Di Meola, and Symphony X for his mesmerizing work, Intangible Part I. Stay tuned for Intangible part 2 which is already a work-in-progress and will be blasted on your ears sometime next year!
