Leon Frear releases enthralling new song ‘A Morning House’
Leon Frear announces the release of ‘Wild Rice’, his debut solo album, and the album’s lead single, ‘A Morning House’, both of which are available for streaming on all streaming services and as limited edition double vinyl LPs.
‘Wild Rice’ is incredibly personal music that just might cause you to cry a little bit. It was originally lived and conceived in Athens, Georgia, nurtured in the existential purgatory of profound heartbreak, and born in the dark and deeply frozen winters outside of Chicago. or move around. or either.
The mysterious Frear, who previously wrote, performed, recorded, and toured with unidentified indie bands from Athens, Georgia, a city with a rich musical history, is now based in the lush suburbs of Chicago. His first solo album represents the culmination of a time in which he went through a relationship that changed his life, its implosion and consequences, and a decade of reflection and changes. In his bedroom studio, ‘Wild Rice’ was entirely written, performed, recorded, and produced by Frear. It is a song about love, lust, broken promises, broken phones, and numerous bridges that have been set ablaze.
