Live on Record by Pete Miller: Review
My soul has been cleansed and my ears have been blessed by the serene sounds from Pete Miller’s album “Live on Record”. All the nine tracks composed are beautiful and crafted masterfully with Pete’s charming voice and melodic acoustic guitar arrangements. If you’re in the mood for thought-provoking and sentimental numbers then look no further than “Live on Record”.
Pete’s voice is deep and rich. He manages to captivate listeners with his sense of style and rhythm. His singing method is a bit on the baritone angle, kinda like Johnny Cash’s sway and finesse. The instrumentation of each song is mainly based on the acoustic guitar. Gotta tell you fam, whenever Pete played softly on his guitar strings it sent a sense of calm throughout my mind. His plucking style and strumming technique are simple and minimal. Sometimes that’s all you need for an album to sound profound and meaningful.
“Live on Record” is Pete Miller’s debut album. If you enjoy the type of melodies that incorporate easy listening into their mix, then Pete’s songwriting will feel like an absolute cruise. His music is passionate and realistic, and I believe anyone can relate to it. Because of his musical expertise, the album can be grasped with genres of folk, country, and a little bit of rock too. Pete had his upbringing in Connecticut and has a special ability to narrate introspective stories within his music. So, sit back, relax, grab your favorite drink, and get lost in the tunes of “Live on Record”.
