Monster Crunch by Mother Vulture: Review
Mother Vultureโs most recent single, โMonster Crunch,โ is a gloriously haphazard track that heavily draws from its more dramatic side to create an outrageously entertaining horror story. The song is jam-packed with catchy passages, engrossing riffs, and a constant sense of fun and excitement. If you werenโt sure about giving Mother Vulture a try yet, please note that they have proceeded to reinforceย their social standing as one of the most thrilling acts of their kind on the UK scene right now, fusing modern and classic rock tones and creating something which feels entirely their own. This song is completely rhetorical for the audience to zone out to a different world.
The track is just over 2 minutes long, but it weaves in and out of its over-the-top horror narrative with all the theatrics of a full-length rock opera. Mother Vulture is making one final stop on the road to releasing their long-awaited debut โMother Knows Bestโ in the form of a high-octane and theatrical rage single called the songย completely goes off the rails into a monster attack, Godzilla. It then ends with one of the most crunching riffs the Bristol 4 piece has yet to deliver.
The band recently wrapped up a very well-attended seven-date headline tour and had a successful summer festival season, performing at ArcTangent, Bloodstock, Leopalooza, Bearstone Croatia, and Steelhouse. In December, the group will embark on another headline tour to promote the release of its debut album, โMother Knows Best.โ
