Movment Releases Rebellious Anthem “Violence”
“Violence,” a new single by Movment, was released on November 18, 2022. They are a post-punk alternative indie rock band. They are strong, dark, and have a direct approach to their tracks. The band members in this band are Martin K on vocals and drums, Kevin K on guitars and keyboards, Mark K on bass guitar, and Isabella RK on guitars.
This song is about feelings of hatred, anger, and the chaos that can arise inside of us when we are under extreme amounts of stress. We limit our potential by putting ourselves first. Confront the upheaval with a brave and determined attitude. Be careful not to let yourself become stuck in a rut. Everywhere you look, there are challenges waiting for you in life.
The track starts with a synth sound and then goes into a galloping drum beat with an angry-sounding guitar riff that feels like it’s galloping too. Using the effect on the vocal was a bold move in this song. which completed the song, and the punk drumming with the bass guitar sound, which complements the entire song. The breaks in the song and playing with the drum crash while pausing add a new dimension. Their sound is heavily based on guitars, bass, and drums, with some electronic music thrown in for good measure. It is a very expressive song; anyone who is angry and listens to this track might get calmed down because of the lyrics and the delivery of the instruments.
