Objects of Affection by Signal Static: Review
Signal Staticโs โObjects of Affectionโ is a fiery presence of rage. The bandโs presence is powerful, evoking the traits of rousing rhythm compositions accompanied by entrancing vocals. It brings back memories of concert halls and crowd surfing from my youth, and it also features some harsh guitar passages worthy of headbanging furiously.
The song opens up with a highly aggressive drumming arrangement that makes your ears pop with enthusiasm. The bandโs music and melodic structure have such an authentic feeling of strength and open honesty that itโs a pleasure to listen to. With their instruments at the ready and a memorable chorus at their disposal, Signal Static puts up a polished performance. The chugging rhythm of the guitar riff style and the boldness of the drummer really stood out to me. It was all quite crunchy in appearance, which had my adrenaline pumping swiftly. The bass lines arenโt afraid to turn heads, and the arrangement is both groovy and weighty, like something by the metal band Tool.
Signal Static is an electrifying band from Vancouver Island. The songs by Signal Static are equal parts personal and include the aspect of cultural observation. They search for deeper significance in current events and dive into the present world from the perspective of its inhabitants. In song form, they attempt to examine the triumphs and defeats that create the human experience.
