Oh Marjorie by Autorub: Review
Michael Corn, a vocalist and composer based in New York, has composed a song for his band Autorub that has all the hallmarks of a radio classic. The vocals are catchy, memorable, and easy to sing along to. The song effortlessly combines contemporary and classic rock components into a rockin’ pop sound. The lyrics can be applied to any couple in which one member has gone over the deep end.
The guitar riffs are very vibrant and resonate with Michael’s voice sensationally. The chorus and verses blend creatively to form a proper rock song. If you’re in the mood for something energetic and want to revitalize your senses then ‘Oh Marjorie’ by Autorub should be your number one pick. What I value in a musician in the modern day is to match the depth of the instrument work and the vocals hand in hand. One should compliment the other, and Autorub did a fantastic job at that! I got some Greenday vibes while hearing the track, and it made me feel quite nostalgic. The percussions feel fresh and are able to carry the song’s vibe perfectly. As mentioned before that this song has the elements of a radio classic, well any day now folks you’re gonna hear Autorub’s track on major radio stations and call it your favorite.
The guitar combined with the vocal’s tempo is quite identical, and it is a nice way to connect with the listeners. You won’t get lost, and stay with the band as they’ll intrigue you all the way.
