Scot Free Sessions released breathtaking song ‘Istanbul’
The band Scot Free Sessions is pleased to announce the release of their third single, titled “Istanbul,” which will be included on their upcoming album titled ‘Edmonton Skyline’.
Scot Robinson and Bobby Cameron’s ‘Istanbul’ is a haunting tale of modern romance. It was written by the two authors.
Storytelling rooted in Americana that leaves a scar on a broken heart. A two-time finalist in the International Signwriting Competition (ISC), where she finished in second place in the category for “Lyrics Only.” The song features an all-Edmonton cast of musicians, including CCMA Hall of Honour Inductees Chad Melchert on drums and Travis Switzer on bass. Lead vocals and guitar are provided by Bobby Cameron, who is also featured on the song. Andrea House, who is a master vocalist, provides background vocals.
