Snake (Rejection) by Estelle Mey: Review
Ah metal, the highlight of my youth, adding fuel to my spirit and making me the man I am today. Wise words to live by, thus my utmost appreciation goes towards this cast genre and any musician who embarks on this iconic path of music. This brings us to Estelle Mey’s epic heavy metal number “Snake (Rejection).” It’s a whirlwind of sounds, all spinning into a crescendo of guitar riffs, with Mey’s invigorating voice at the center. Details coming right up, folks!
“Snake (Rejection)” is the epitome of heavy metal/thrash metal, and its portrayal of the genre resonated immensely. This comes from an explosion of guitar passages, all lined up and ready to fire with power riffs. It connects with Mey’s solid voice and emits a brutal tone worth headbanging to for a while. Speaking of which, I truly miss the days of concert halls, mosh pits, and large crowds vibing to the music. That energy alone was the release I needed to get through pent-up teenage emotions, and metal was the ultimate gateway.
Right then, back to “Snake (Rejection).” So, imagine if you had a tough day at work and just couldn’t take it out on something. Need something to elevate your mood? How about hearing the beastly drumming sections of Mey’s track to keep you sane? Trust me, buddy, it’s a rush, and you’ll thank me in advance. With that being said, don’t miss out on this exhilarating song, folks!
