The Devil’s Calling by Dax: Review
“The Devil’s Calling” is a lively anthem by Dax guaranteed to inspire millions. The high-spirited rapper does not shy away from speaking the truth, and his fresh track represents that nature flawlessly. “The Devil’s Calling” is dominant poetry at its finest, and accompanies heavy beats while Dax’s rap flow comes into form.
Sleep paralysis episodes are downright horrifying. This brings us to Dax’s personal experience with it back in December of last year. According to the rapper, “The Devil’s Calling” is a direct reference to the nightmare-fueled event, which he speaks about in a fantastic melodic fashion. Mad props go out to the artist, the entire track was a breathtaking ode that’ll leave audiences speechless. This is primarily because of Dax’s aggressive stance when rapping, and his expressions are simply inspirational. When he starts spitting bars, the flame of the track is ignited, and each verse feels passionate along with a personal touch. From an instrumental angle, minimal synths tag along while gripping beats keep the song’s tempo in place. Speaking of which, Dax’s performance sparks up when the beats thump about in the track. It adds an uplifting effect which is pretty resonant.
Dax’s songwriting in “The Devil’s Calling” was an enlightening one at that. Hearing the track encouraged me to tackle any struggle whatsoever. Truly, the rapper’s solid take on the hip-hop/rap genre is zestful, and I look forward to more of his work!
