Trust in Me by LearningToDive: Review
Bravo Bonez AKA LearningToDive creates the kinda music that makes you think, makes you reflect. His songwriting essence and melodic persona are equal parts sentimental, and moving. This is where the song “Trust in Me” comes into the limelight, and what follows is a gripping narrative that intertwines alongside an endearing cadence.
“Trust in Me” starts with a pleasant LoFi sound, and a bit of psychedelia too. A trippy synthesizer plays out that sounds a bit like a wah-wah guitar tone. Eventually, the singer starts his ode and we are absorbed in their graceful tune. The lyrics feel quite soulful and show a character with whom you might relate towards. If not, then the song itself should tug on your heartstrings. This is because everything from the rhythm section to the harmony has a distinct sense of melancholy. This emotional aura feels very real and takes you on a journey that you will always remember. Furthermore, there’s this synth section right around the middle of the track that has an interesting sound. The tone is a combination of ethereal jazz, and the essence fascinated me. A truly natural sound, and something that I kept coming back to.
“Trust in Me” by LearningToDive is a song that you can cherish on lonely nights when you need a friend. Believe me, folks, the power of a melody can heal your wounds in an instant.
