Wake Me Up by Sasha & The Bear: Review

Sasha Daniel and Dov Eagle are two good friends that got together to form the combo Sasha & the Bear, a project featuring indie/pop/lo-fi, in the later half of 2016 or early 2017.

In their latest single “Wake Me Up,” this remarkable pair displays their abilities across the board, from their distinctive production to the emotional lyrics and incredible vocal performance that tie it all together.

The song “Wake Me Up” discusses the grief that follows the death of a loved one and the steps taken to move on with life. It’s a sobering reminder of how fragile life is.
