Wuss by Snakedoctors featuring Ada Nike: Review
Promoting their fourth studio album โFour and a Halfโ, the Polish rockers Snakedoctors have released a face-melting new single named Wuss. The double CD album will have two versions of it. However, on the single version that the band decided to release for promotion, the song features talented guitarist and vocalist Ada Nike.
The song is about a man who keeps wasting his opportunities because he keeps looking for something better and keeps complaining. The plot was descriptive enough to paint a clear image in your mind, but if you want to save yourself the work of visualizing, the single comes with a fantastic animated video that stars the band members and Ada Nike.
Right from the beginning, the song is hard and heavy. Combining blazing guitars, rumbling bass, hard hitting drums, and heavy punk vocals, Snakedoctors have put together a song that will get your blood running. Ada Nikeโs female vocals strike the perfect balance of hard and mellow. Her vocals add a pop-ish vibe that sounds so good with the songโs hard and heavy punk and grungy sound. The dynamic of the soundscape can be fully felt during the chorus when the whole band just turns it up a notch and holds nothing back. The soaring guitar solo just takes the song to a new height. Loud, raw and definitely not for wusses.
