Astrogirl by ibbi Too Vicious: Review
A solo singer-songwriter, ibbi Too Vicious has had their hit โAstrogirlโ produced by the band NoSpace. The track was recorded at โIf We Die We Die Studiosโ, which is an offshoot of the artistโs record label โIf We Die We Die Recordsโ. โAstrogirlโ immerses oneself in a groovy polish. It was engineered and mixed by Turner Allen.
โAstrogirlโ has an interesting genre combination of RnB, Math Rock, and a bit of Rap is incorporated into the style of singing. The instrumentation of the song has a deep-rooted connection with faded mellow guitar sequences. But, the actual musical bloodline of the track keeping it consistent is the bassline. It has a rich and deep vibe to it. As for the singing, the artist has a wonderful flow and their ode feels quite passionate after hearing the track multiple times. Within the context and general feel of โAstrogirlโ, thereโs an aura of gloom present. It has been implemented quite gently on the songโs surface. So, if youโre in the mood for something emotional but with an upbeat twist, then the song should be right up your alley.
This trackโs inspiration comes from societyโs present enthusiasm for astrology. In addition to that, the lyrical content of the song is based on astrological ideas. Another notable meaning behind โAstrogirlโ is the concept of a woman not understanding the depth of the artistโs self and wishing to be with them on the basis of various factors other than actually wanting to be with them.
