With “Above the Noise,” he’s launched straight into the indie-pop stratosphere, blending deep basslines, splashy cymbals, and glimmering melodies into something that feels both grounded and otherworldly. It’s one of those rare tracks that’s mellow and energizing at the same time, like a deep breath followed by a confetti cannon.

The rhythm section is tight, the guitar work sparkles, and the vocals? Chef’s kiss. Dominique’s voice floats in that sweet high register without ever losing strength or clarity, and he delivers with an effortless charm as he sings, “believe in you who you are, the power you possess.”
And the backing vocals waft in like spirits from some cosmic choir, haunting and hopeful. There’s a little Beatles, a little Strokes, maybe even a whisper of Radiohead’s daydreaming side—but The Domi owns his sound.
“Above the Noise” is more a motivational mantra wrapped in indie glitter and bass-driven heartbeats. Add it to your playlist, blast it when you need a pick-me-up, and let The Domi remind you who the hell you are.
