Afterlight by Cade Huseby: Review
Cade Huseby is a musician from the United States who creates indie-pop songs. The track “Afterlight” is a bouncy, energetic electro-pop-infused melody, that will truly make you groove to each note and rhythm. The artist’s voice and sway are incredible, and the energizing range will immediately grab hold of you and grant a sensation that only the rarest of melodies could do. Such is the tale of “Afterlight” a colorful super smash hit, in which Cade absolutely nails each arrangement perfectly.
The tune begins with a spooky synth arpeggio and then transitions into a really catchy beat that is reminiscent of the 1980s. As soon as the beat starts, you know it’s “go time,” and the musician undoubtedly knows which chord to modify and which note to emphasize so that the entire track seems upbeat and never-ending.
The bass parts of the tune are played with a classic electronic dance music-style tone, and they are quite deep. You will absolutely be able to feel its pulsating reverberations throughout, and you will value all of them. The chorus sections are full of life and beautiful rhythms. In that, Cade really makes their voice flow in a very clean and enchanted way throughout those sections. The majority of the vocal structure is located on upper scales, and it blends in well with the synth beat, which also possesses a distinct sense of acute tension. The track “Afterlight” is available on streaming platforms, so go on, don’t be shy, and give it a listen fam!
