Beyond the Blue Sky by Chapell: Review
Alan Chapell has more than 30 years of expertise in the music business and is enviously talented. He began playing the piano and trumpet at the age of six, and at just fifteen, he participated in his first studio recording sessions. Since his twenties, he has been the frontman of live-performing bands. It was as if music chose him to deliver authentic, raw stories through new wave soul, Americana, and Latin. With their most recent hit, โBeyond the Blue Sky,โ his band Chapell continues to delight their listeners.
The song has an exuberant rhythm flow with effervescent piano melodies, silky guitar tones, and powerful drumming. Throughout the course of the song, Chapell made adjustments to the tempo and intensity of the beat in order to enhance emotion and achieve the best possible match with the storyline. Everything started when his band disbanded at the beginning of their first Canadian tour. It was a fateful decision to hitchhike back to New York, but the journey was filled with wonderful visions and experiences. He sings:
โBetter off alone
Never had a home
Decided to roam the streets of this town
Gotta get away
Wanna get out
Beyond the Blue Skyโ
His earnest and evocative vocals create a lasting impression as he tells the story of his adventure. According to Chapell, โthe goal is always to draw inspiration from the collective,โ adding, โWe want to bring the feeling of hope and we want to have a good time with you!โ
