Bobby Shmurda released a New Track “Hoochie Daddy”
Bobby Shmurda has released a new single, “Hoochie Daddy,” just a few days after teasing the release of his long-awaited post-prison album, Ready to Live.
This latest release from the now-independent rapper shows him experimenting with an, even more, fast-paced sound, following his departure from Epic Records. Topping the charts just in time for the warm weather, “Hoochie Daddy” features a driving beat that begs for dance moves of all kinds.
It was recently reported that Shmurda’s upcoming album will be released in the next month or so. He also mentioned that DaBaby, Rich the Kid, Meek Mill, Rowdy Rebel, 42 Dugg, and Key Glock are among the artists who will appear on the album. On top of that, he hasn’t revealed much about the album other than the features and the title. Ready to Live has yet to reveal if “Hoochie Daddy” will be featured.
Despite the passage of New York’s “Rap Music on Trial” bill, Shmurda warned rappers in the same interview to be “mindful” of their lyrical content.
