Drake and 21 Savage Release New Album Her Loss
Her Loss, the latest album from Drake and 21 Savage, has been released. Travis Scott makes a cameo on the song “Pussy & Millions,” one of the album’s 16 tracks. A sample and vocal interpolation from Daft Punk’s Discovery hit “One More Time” may be heard in the song “Circo Loco.” Below is a link to Her Loss.
On October 22, the two rappers made their collaborative effort official. For their joint song “Jimmy Cooks,” which is on Drake’s most recent solo album, Honestly, Nevermind, they also debuted a music video. The men were shown rapping in front of multiple screens that were illuminated with vibrant imagery of city life in the Mahfuz Sultan-directed film.
In recent years, 21 Savage and Drake have collaborated numerous times. Drake made a guest appearance on “Mr. Right Now” by 21 Savage and Metro Boomin’s Savage Mode II, while 21 Savage made an appearance on the Certified Lover Boy song “Knife Talk” by Drake. On “Cash In Cash Out” in June, 21 Savage collaborated with Tyler, the Creator and Pharrell.
Honestly, Nevermind became Drake’s 11th No. 1 album on the Billboard 200 albums chart, moving 204,000 equivalent album units in its first week. Drake became the fifth artist with more than 10 No. 1 albums thanks to this accomplishment. However, the rapper chose not to submit the album for a Grammy nomination, making this the second year in a row that he did not submit anything.
I Am > I Was, 21 Savage’s most recent solo studio album, was released in 2018. In 2020, Savage Mode II was released.
