Enslaved have released a new music and video called โBounded By Allegiance โ Liveโ from their upcoming webcast โThe Otherworldly Big Band Experienceโ in 2022. Shaman Elephant, a psychedelic Norwegian prog band, joined the band. On the Winter Solstice of last year, this incredible spectacle took place. The single is now available to stream on all DSPs, and you can view the video right now!

Frontman Grutle Kjellson stated,
โSo hereโs a little memory from last yearโs musical endeavor. Our โBig Bandโ collaboration with Shaman Elephant was such a trip! It felt like, and indeed it was, an avalanche of locked up energy just bursting out. The streamed concert plus a small tour in Norway was pretty much the only shows we did in 2021, so the energy level was pretty much turned to 11, on all of us. All nine of us!
โBounded By Allegianceโ was one of the first songs we thought would fit being dressed for a nine man outfit, with its natural percussive nature. We hope we were right, enjoy!โ
โThe Otherworldly Big Band Experienceโ was an Enslaved event unlike any other, their most ambitious and daring undertaking to date โ a massive, multicolored stage spectacle with a great repertoire spanning their whole career, past and present. Some tracks have never been performed live before.
Caravans To The Outer Worlds, Enslavedโs most recent EP, was unleashed into the universe last year. Itโs a story about leaving behind a barren and desolate world and forging forth into the unknown. It was the end of an era for the psychedelic Norwegians, but it also hinted to new opportunities.
