Glass Cards by Jamesโ Room: Review
Jamesโ Room is a powerhouse indie rock band filled with energy and emotion. As evident from their track Glass Cards the band gives an uplifting performance where each instrumentation provides a solid entry into their groove.
The verse of the track allows the bassist to take the lead and the heart-pumping intonation surfaces. In each act of the song, itโs like the vocalist takes a hold of you with his soulful voice and catchy melodies. Glass Cards has an incredible chorus section that makes you want to keep rewinding to that bit of the track. The songโs tempo just keeps going higher and higher and itโs an all-thrilling experience to have. Thereโs a hint of U2 in the band, from their early days, and the rush of blood the melody transmits into your body for that out-of-body musical experience.
Jamesโ Room as a band has a very fast-paced sense of rhythm, it feels like they just wish to keep the party going even if the night has ended. Well, the drummer surely agrees with that sentiment as they manage to direct the bloodline of the track. All in all, the song has a very catchy riff section that makes it stand tall within indie rock. Finally, the guitar solo of the track is a godly one, that just rips and tears everything in its path and captures the essence of a beast mode within the blues rock scale.
