Jacquelyn Owens releases inspirational song ‘Kingdom’
The release of Jacquelyn Owens’ most recent single, ‘Kingdom’, along with a music video, took place on January 20th across the globe.
The track called ‘Kingdom was recorded in a modern Christian studio fusing acoustic, pop, soul, and worship elements. The song takes the listener on a journey, with mellow harmonies at the start and the end and lots of dynamics in between. Jacquelyn strives to write songs that uplift and inspire others and frequently draws on her own life experiences in order to do so.
Jacquelyn’s debut single was ‘Lifter’, and ‘Kingdom’ is her follow-up (2019). In addition to her solo work, she directs worship for the Chicago-based band Renew Collective, which creates music for worship services at churches around the world. Their first single, ‘Psalm 91’, received international attention. Jacquelyn attributes the inspiration for starting her solo career to her time spent with this band. Jacquelyn has been a musician and artist for over ten years, and she also instructs and leads worship at various churches and gatherings. She is passionate about encouraging others to develop their songwriting abilities, which she believes anyone can do.
