KNoWTe drops blazing new song ‘Golden Child’
The conceptual song ‘Golden Child’, which was released on February 24th, 2023, was inspired by Westside Boogie’s ‘N*gga Needs’ for the music video. Being the ‘Golden Child’ in a community or family is discussed in the song. shed some light on the burden that comes with being the person who is always expected to be perfect and who is not permitted to make mistakes or fail.
The Golden Child struggles to live up to the expectation that everyone wants them to be, but it is hidden behind metaphors of a Golden “bust” or art piece on display for everyone to admire.
