Lost by Roger Ricks: Review

The rock and roll spirit of Roger Ricks’s track “Lost” is captivating, and an enriching tale to hear. The epic guitar solos and the singer conjuring up an epic commanding voice make the track superb.
From the very first note, the influential force of “Lost” can be felt. The electrifying tension of the guitar riffs, in combination with the thunderous drumming, makes the melody truly exceptional. For some reason, the song’s instrumental essence pertains to the idea of an almost war-like presence emanating from it, especially the fast-paced grip of the guitar passages. If you ever wanted to feel the vibe of a general ordering their troops into battle, then comrade, this track is the ammunition you need. Although this is my angle on the track, Roger’s musical motivation is quite heartwarming. Hoping to cast a healing aura with his melodies, and also for a charitable cause, the artist truly has a wholesome mission through his work.
Emme Pierre contributed to the intriguing lyrics of the track, and in combination with Roger’s solo composition “Lost” was destined to be a compelling tune. Have you ever wanted to zone out to hard rock whenever life’s chaos gets in the way? Well, “Lost” just might be the remedy you need, ‘cause, with this hard-hitting melodic twist, all your woes just might fade away. Aside from that, I would just like to say that the singer’s voice reminds me of classic rock vocalists aiming for high notes, like the legendary Bon Jovi!
