Maverick by (((S))): Album Review
(((S))) returns with a unique release, spending countless hours crafting his 10-track album โMaverickโ. Heโs one of the most interesting musicians weโve covered in a long time. With a life committed to music, keeping himself under the shadows, his new album is a self-reflective masterwork.
The 10-track album is influenced by Copenhagenโs 80s punk culture, with lyrics that challenge each listener to fit together the puzzle of a meaningless world full of absurdities. I can imagine that it will resonate with audiences from all around the globe, with its rhythms and thought-provoking lyrics that will lead you on a journey of discovery.
ย โBig Black Beautiful Birdโ reflects on oneself with mysterious riffs, while โNighttrain To Nowhereโ is a vocally balanced musical, and then โSometimes It Takes Someone Like Youโ is instrumental 90s soft rock featuring (((S))))โs vocals and a catchy pace. โTime Is A Thiefโ is a vocal psychedelic anthem with upbeat yet sentimental soundscapes. โBallet Of The Wolvesโ explores the sacrifices in love. The album then concludes with โTouch My Heart โ Touch My Soulโ โ a classic rock, with gorgeous riffs, delivering a spectacular climax that is rare in todayโs musical landscape. Boasting a fusion of pop and post-punk to create something entirely unique, the album remains thought-provoking.
As ungoogleable as he may remain, thereโs no doubt in my mind that (((S))) has done a wonderful job displaying his musical soul and original thoughts in โMaverickโ.
