Midnight Masquerade by Kit Citrine: Album Review
Midnight Masquerade by Kit Citrine is 45 minutes of pure gold, where she portrays a powerful indie pop sound with emotional lyrical poetry that seem like a peek out of her personal diary.
The first track is the title song, where melodious yet powerful vocals set a revolutionary tone to the album. This proceeds to a collection of romantic articulations, and experimental tones. Some of her more magical numbers on the album are โStardustโ, โAstonishing Autumnโ, โCelestial Goddessโ and even โOne Day Weโll Get Awayโ which is a dreamscape of a track in a melodious flow of rhythm and minimal backdrop. One thing thatโs surprising about โMidnight Masqueradeโ is the random kick of elements. Youโll know what Iโm talking about when a robotic tune in โThe Robot Graveyardโ comes up and the jazzy vibe of the way โYou Should Be Proudโ starts. With so many surprising elements, Kit Citrine continues to master each track, showcasing her massive vocal range, touching high scales, and belting with as much power as she holds in the low to mid keys.
Iโm honestly marveling at this gem of a find because Kit Citrine is jaw-dropping, and my new favorite bi-icon within the community of up-and-coming artists! If youโre feeling the vibe, then you have to check out her album โMidnight Masqueradeโ right now.
