Music for Dreams by Ghislain Caya: Album Review
“Music for Dreams” is a spiritual album by Ghislain Caya where each melody carries a lovely meditative tune. Nine tracks in total and nearly an hour long, Caya’s compositions evoke celestial vibes along with an ambiance. It creates a stunning atmosphere where audiences can surrender their anxiety, and feel an aura of relaxation comfort them. The artist does this by creating intricate effects that sound a bit similar to using a drone synthesizer.
Take a deep breath and let go of anything that binds you to negative emotions. This album requires this approach because its initiation with tracks like “A Minima” and “Deep Sleep” invigorates the senses. Deep energy resonates through each piece, especially in the second song where the synth effects feel like a connection to the Earth’s core and tree roots branching out from the seed of life. More of this magic is present further along the album, such as in the refreshing tune of “Quiet Awakening.” It resembles the sound of a drone synthesizer while light keyboard fillers gather around. In my mind, an image of a wise shaman popped up, where this track would fit almost perfectly. Similar thoughts align when hearing the rest of Caya’s compositions as well!
Nearing the exit of the album, we arrive at a dark interlude in “Astral Projection.” It personifies the vibe of a dream-loop sequence. This brings us to our final message to you folks, don’t miss out on Ghislain Caya’s music, you’ll embark on an experience worth remembering.
