Nick Alexander released entrancing single ‘Shadows’
South Indian-born multi-instrumentalist and singer-songwriter Nick Alexander lives and works in the United Kingdom. Nick’s music has been greatly influenced by the classic rock and country music he listened to while growing up in the US.
Nick has always embraced his experiences through his music, which is a reflection of his craft. Acoustic music makes up the majority of Nick’s compositions. Nick started writing his own music during the pandemic, and ‘Shadows’ was one of those songs. The 2023 early release of ‘Shadows’. It is a song about being alone in your head and feeling disconnected from your surroundings. Sometimes the closest thing you have to a friend is your own shadow. The song discusses various situations where attempting to overcome challenges doesn’t have to be as difficult. Being an immigrant in many different countries over the years, the sense of isolation occasionally became a little too comfortable. An EP featuring a few of Nick’s acoustic live performances will be released in early 2023. For 2023, there will be more singles.
