Nora Toutain releases enchanting new single ‘Grounding Place’
Following the success of her most recent single and music video, ‘Words’, Nora has just debuted the album’s lead single, ‘Grounding Place’, which was written by Nora and produced by Busty and the Bass’ Chris Vincent.
Sonically, it’s distinguished by a seamless fusion of modern chord progressions with jazz influences and catchy vocal melodies that have become a staple of Nora’s sound. With dynamic and rhythmic grooves, the song flows smoothly between sections that are lush, dreamy, and introspective. Nora is expressing one of her personal mantras to us through her lyrics. In a time of self-doubt and fear, she was channeling more clarity and love to her soul as she wrote Grounding Place.
Nora’s goal in writing and releasing this song was to serve as a reminder for all of us to always come back to our hearts when our minds become clouded by insecurity. Let’s not forget to return home, to love: our ultimate baseline and north star at the same time. During these times when our sense of clarity and self-worth are clouded by external influence.
