Are you ready to submerge yourself in the vocal equivalent of an ocean of silk? Silky smooth, like fleecy gossamer, is what we hear when we listen to Olla, a Monaco-based singer, in her song “Prana.” This is her second song after her debut single, “Monte-Carlo.” The singer is veritably unequaled in her pitch.
“Prana” is an entrancing and captivating song that is sure to transport listeners to another world. The song features a mesmerizing blend of electronic and acoustic instruments, creating a soundscape that is both otherworldly and grounded. The use of ambient sounds and subtle vocalizations throughout the song adds to the ethereal quality of the music.
The instrumentals, on the other hand, almost clink and glimmer like jewelry over the synth-pop waves, EDM beats, and drums. It has a magical feel, along with Olla singing of love as the “elixir of life.” While she doesn’t require any accompaniment, the instrumentals perfectly suit the idea of Prana, a Sanskrit lexicon referring to “life force energy” or “breath of life.” Olla says, “I feel my prana through love, which I believe is the greatest power on Earth. It is a healing, fulfilling, and inspiring force that does conquer all.”
While Olla perceives Prana through loving, we can perceive Prana by listening to her breathy, high, dulcet voice. And when you see the much-befitting single cover of a sparkling swimming pool behind an Olla shimmering in luxe jewelry and her skin glittering in the sunlight, If we aren’t wrong, it is an idyllic and exquisite representation of Prana.
