“Running Up That Hill” by Roxy Rawson is a cover of Kate Bush’s “Running Up That Hill” and the track saw the light of day after Stranger Things featured the song. She is a multi-talented musician from Hitchin, UK. Many musicians started to cover the song after Stranger Things brought it back from the 80s and Roxy Rawson came up with her own rendition the song.

It begins with an out-of-this-world and haunting synth sound, and her beautiful and vibrant vocal has already made the song like it’s one of her own. To add more musical texture, there is a xylophone, which changes the surroundings and makes it more peaceful yet powerful with its presence. The whole song consisted of only the amazing vocal, the keys, and the synth sound, which were pretty smooth and well composed. The vocal works in it are quite amazing, and the vibrato and the way she controls her voice were startling. All the other instruments went hand in hand with the vocals, turning the song into something beautiful.
