Silo released tuneful new song ‘Sonder (Demo)’
The five-piece band Silo from Douglas, Isle of Man, debuts their sound with an aggressive single. Standing at 3:34 Sonder is the group’s first appearance in front of an audience since its founding in 2021. Silo is a product of both love and hate, driven by their love of all things quick and loud. The band members used the spot in the center to neatly let everything out on the floor as a cathartic release.
The band’s anthem ‘Sonder’, which was the first song they ever wrote and was the most appropriate way to introduce themselves, has been with them from the beginning. In their demo, the band pays homage to the musicians and groups who shaped its members into the people they are today. Hum, Quicksand, Snapcase, Jawbox, Linkin Park, Balance and Composure, and countless other artists have inspired them throughout their life.
