SOLO released fiery new song ‘Propaganda in my eyes, again (you’re erased)’
It is a song that criticizes the consumerist system and the ways in which our culture encourages hatred between factions so that it can more easily subdue us and turn us into mindless consumers. With “Propaganda in my eyes, again (you’re erased),” SOLO, who previously touched on electronic music with ‘Stati emozionali’, psychedelic rock with ‘Don’t shoot the piano player (it’s all in your head)’, and indie pop with ‘Something (you don’t need)’, makes a new song and a new musical turn.
In contrast to the other songs on SOLO, ‘Propaganda in my eyes, again (you’re erased)’ is actually very simple, with just guitar, bass, and drums. (If you don’t count a brief “experiment” at the song’s conclusion). The lyrics to ‘Propaganda in my eyes, again (you’re erased)’ are incorporated into the song’s videoclip, which was written by SOLO, directed by Walter Di Bello at the Martincana bar, and performed by bartender Fabio Cusati.
