Sorn, an ex-member of CLC, picks herself on the upbeat new single โScorpio.โ
On Friday, the single โ along with its accompanying music video โ was released (April 15). Sorn appears in the video singing along to the song in various situations, accompanied by the songโs irresistible mid-tempo electro pop sounds.
In the middle of her uncertainties, the vocalist discovers her inner beauty and chooses herself in โScorpio.โ On the chorus of the English-language song, she says, โI got me / Iโve got nothing to lose.โ
โShattered gems are still flawless,โ the now-solo musician declares at the end of the song.

Sornโs second album since leaving CLC and CUBE Entertainment last year is titled โScorpio.โ โSharp Objects,โ her first song since going solo and signing with WILD Entertainment Group, was released in late February.
Sorn rose to notoriety after winning first place in the reality TV show K-pop Star Hunt in 2011. She eventually signed with CUBE and relocated to South Korea, where she made her debut in the girl group CLC in 2015.
Sorn revealed in an interview after her departure from CLC and CUBE that she first intended to travel to Korea after seeing Nickhun, a Thai member of the boyband 2PM, achieve success. โI was young and imagined I could be the โThai Princess,'โ Sorn explained, adding that the training procedure had been โtough.โ
