Steve N’ Chris Remix Kingz, Vol. 1 (REMIX) by Steve N Chris: Album Review
The energy of hip hop and the passion of RnB excellently blend in Steve N Chris’s album “Steve N’ Chris Remix Kingz, Vol. 1 (REMIX).” Every essence of this 8-track collection is a banger from beginning to end, and the artists don’t waste a single second in ensuring a fire performance. Solid beats mix together with hard-hitting rap bars along with smooth RnB rhythms in this album, and it should resonate with anyone hoping for a melodic uplift.
Steve N Chris launched at full throttle with the eccentric “GOD DID.” It initiates with a strong rap segment that flows into the song’s structure. Eventually, a sentimental singer enters the mix, and their voice is pure RnB gold. In combination with the songwriting, a beautiful synth sequence is present, where thumping beats create a resonating tempo. “SuperHero” breaks the limitations of hip-hop and adds an interesting texture with fast-paced rapping and trap beats. In addition to that, a soulful rhythm enhances the track’s aura. Altogether, it has a superb cadence.
The album’s more mellow outfits are exhibited in “Free Mind”, a jazzy fusion alongside gritty rap bars. In terms of songwriting, I truly felt a powerful connection to this piece as an element of truth and innate wokeness existed throughout. Ending the album with songs such as “Sex In the Porsche” brought on the sensual attribute of RnB to the forefront. Ultimately, smooth vocals with an ambient synth collide in splendid fashion.
