The Duke of Randwick releases amazing new single “I’d Never”
“I’d Never” by The Duke of Randwick was released in 2022. The band consists of Jack, who is the guitarist and the vocalist with Daniel on bass, and Zen on drums. This song is about the battle between good and evil for the sake of the soul. It was recorded and produced in Sydney, Australia, and shot in various locations. Their musical influences are Daft Punk, The Prodigy, Oasis, Nirvana, The Stone Roses, Massive Attack, and many more bands.
The song begins with a static sound, then thunderous drumming and a distorted bass line giving it a punk rock feel. The energetic guitar riff and hard-hitting drumming transformed the song. The singer has a strong command of the vocals and composition. The smooth synth work blended well with the track. When the singer shouts, the song becomes more upbeat and lively.
It was a well-thought-out track that had the feel of a punk rock and grunge rock composition, mixing synth with the guitars, drums, and bass was a ballsy move that was pulled off pretty smoothly. The track had the feel of a well-thought-out composition.
