Trigger Point released notable new song ‘Picking Up The Pieces’
Trigger Point created a sound that combined all hard rock and metal subgenres, allowing them to easily switch between them. The band’s long-awaited sophomore LP, ‘Giving up the Ghost’, was recorded in 2007 and was produced by Shaun Lopez (Crosses, Far, Deftones). Despite the album’s positive reviews from critics and listeners, the band was unable to secure a label partner, and soon after, they took an indefinite hiatus.
‘A Silent Protest’ was released prior to the advent of streaming services, but due to obligations to the label, the album was never made available on these platforms. The band is finally releasing this album to the general public in response to requests from fans all over the world now that they have complete creative control over the music. The band will re-release ‘Picking Up The Pieces’ as a new single and will release a music video featuring footage from the recording studio and a tour in the upcoming weeks.
