Tunnel Vision by Alex Beck: Review
Alex Beck’s ‘Tunnel Vision’ is an electro-pop song full of layered synths, dreamy vocals, and indie rock guitar works. ‘Tunnel Vision’ is a song about the momentary myopia we experience when we fall in love. Our vision gets narrower, lights get brighter, everything feels good and meaningful; Our vision is focused entirely on the person we fall in love with.
The song is captivating and mesmerizing with Alex Beck’s voice taking you on a journey like a master puppeteer through her incredible voice. The verses sound intimate as if she is inviting you to roam in her thoughts. The pre-chorus picks up the pace and gets louder inducing a sense of tension that gets a release in the chorus. In the chorus, you will feel a hint of pain in her voice as if she is not entirely comfortable with the tunnel vision she is experiencing. A catchy intro that matches well with the outro so well that when you have it on repeat, you would not know how many times you listened to it, and on repeat it will be once you listen to it.
Alex Beck is known for producing hit songs and ‘Tunnel Vision’ is the latest in that category. Meaningful lyrics, enjoyable music and matching vocals will enable you to float in the void of your imagination.
