U I by Pariis Opera House: Review

Pariis Opera House is an electronic music group who has bases in both London and Los Angeles. The soundtrack of the future is here ladies and gents. “U I” by Pariis Opera House is a melodic eargasm that portrays a digital era, with equally strong digital music! The music is based on “spoken word” through a robotic voice, added on layers of a rhythmic bass arrangement. It’s a catchy track that will strike a groove within you, you never knew existed. It’s a divine soundscape just waiting for an audience to hear and dance to.

When the bass drops in parts of the song it’s heavy and sounds absolutely lit. It feels like one of those moments at a festival when the whole crowd just jumps and causes a massive earthquake of dance madness. “U I” is EDM infused with cyberpunk poetry. It’s a digital love letter to bands such as Daft Punk. I can hear some resemblance, and my musician spirit admires the sound of Pariis Opera House. They’re going places, and when they hit the top it’s just gonna keep rising from there on.

The song just amps up from start to finish and is quite energetic. I truly enjoyed my experience. The lyrical theme is contemporary and manages to connect with our digital generation. It’s a perfectly written piece that mixes beautifully with all the percussion and rhythm. In the middle of the song slows down and boots back up like a computer to continue an even better chorus! The verse includes a slap bass piece if I’m not mistaken, it’s pretty funky! Overall, a total jam.
